Due to various activities in the Eugene area, we’d like to advise you to make your arrangements as early as possible if you plan to attend Brian’s memorial service on Sunday, June 26.

Hotel space is already very limited, so please make your accommodation arrangements as soon as possible. Here is a list of options (several of these properties are holding blocks of rooms for other events until mid-May, so if you’re having difficulty getting a room now, please check back with them). You may also want to try Creswell, Cottage Grove, Corvallis or Roseburg if you aren’t finding anything in Eugene.

The Schnitzer will be exhibiting photos from “Track Town, USA” and “I Dream A World: Portraits of Black Women Who Changed America.” The Museum of Natural and Cultural History will have some of Brian’s prints from “Shall We Dance?” on exhibit (these framed prints are also available for purchase).
